Rutland and local

Too many grey days, and the coming week does not seem better. Still, we had a couple good days when we went to Rutland and local. Got a few nice shots, and got better pictures of the Smew - really beautiful duck!

I bought a Canon Extender EF 1.4x III Lens, and have only had a chance to try it once. So far it looks good.

I love it the times we are out - we really enjoy ourselves. And it is nice to notice days slowly are getting longer :-)

Else nothing much...busy week ahead. I am not feeling great these days..will just see how it goes. Its a mix of different things. i suppose one thing effect another. My arm is not as bad as it was, and i decided to start with some exercise again, but i dont think that was very smart to do.

And i finally decided i didnt want any injection of cortisone, after i heard the effect just lasted a while. It will just have to take the time it takes..after all it is nothing serious.
