Nothing much

Its been a couple of grey days after the mini heat wave. May 9 we spent a little time in Middleton Lakes. It was very quiet - except for the Herons. But their nesting places were towards the sun, so impossible to get any pictures. In the carpark, a Kestrel kept us entertaining quite a while. In the end he dived down for a mouse and then disappeared.

Tomorrow it is supposed to be sun, and we will be going somewhere not decided yet.

We had a plan going back to the other Osprey site, but after the bad news it is no point. Not before the eggs hatch in the other nest, and it become more lively there.
