Blacktoft Sands

We decided to spend the Sunday at Blacktoft Sands, after reading about all the stuff happening there. It was a bit disappointing, as it was not a lot going on! Was hoping to see the Bearded Tit, that is supposed to be in big numbers there, but didnt see any :-( The owls didnt appear either. The Avocets were chasing Marsh Harriers and Herons, which was entertaining to look at.

And, very nice to see hares around :-)
