Bank Holiday Monday

Quite a long day - grey and dull weather, so this bank holiday Monday was spent at home.

I did edit a few pictures i took with the Nikon D90, after adding some tubes to make the lense a macro. I wanted to try that first, before any decision of buying a macro lense. I am still not sure....maybe it could be a good idea to upgrade the D90 to newer second hand one, and just do it this way. It is something to think of...

Only one longer drive this week, and then plan to visit a new place at the same time. I would like to get more variation...more of other wildlife, nature and more macro pictures.

I regulary check the nest cams i did mention - it has been a lot of dramatic things going on there. The last thing is one of the eagle chicks not been in good shape, and makes everybody worry. Only 3 heron chicks left, and question is ; will all of them survive..

It can be quite hard to see how cruel the nature can be, watching these things.
