In a hide with thunderstorm

After a grey saturday, we decided to go out Sunday despite the weather. Best choice was Brandon, so we headed for the hide were it was most chance for the Kingfisher. And it arrived after a while - but with high iso never great pictures. Nice anyway, to see him again.

A terrible thunderstorm went over - and it was so close! I was really scared and started to think our last time had come. Too far to the car, so we didnt dare to take that chance. The lightning hit a tree or something in front of us! Not very nice!

Weather seem to stay grey :-( This week is a busy one again - but not so sure weather will allow anything nice.

Else, i continue to watch the eagle cam - it is really heartbreaking to see what happens there :-(
