Teesdale

Being in the north, we went looking for Grouse. Very windy, and limited light - but got a few shots. Another visit the day after on the return home. It was covered in snow then - really beautiful.

Driving up there in that condition was not easy, and i guess not very smart. At one point we were wondering if we would be able to drive down the hills again without the car sliding off the road. Nervy, but we made it :-)

As we sat in the car , we suddenly saw a Mole digging around in the grass. First time ever i have seen that, I was lucky to get a glimpse of the full animal before he disappeared again.

It is a beautiful place up there, and i am sure we will be back
