We have been quite busy...apart from Strumpshaw Fen, we have not been very far. Visited usual reserves, which all have given something; Ospreys..and the lovely Great crested Grebes doing their displays. Strumpshaw had the Marsh Harriers, and we were entertained by Herons and Egrets.

Lots of butterflies now, and also saw the first Lizard of the year.

He bought a second hand Canon 500 f4 mark 1 lense, which we tested in Strumpshaw. I can not have he get better quality than me, so i will have to start saving for one!

Very heavy lense, so i will have to use it with some support. My arm are still quite bad, so to hand held it is almost impossible. I start to believe it wont heal, after all this time.

The images from Strumpshaw will take a couple days to finish i think.

Nothing planned for easter..i guess we will stay mostly around here
